Widow Jane The Vaults: 15 Years The 2021 release combines 15- to 17-year old Bourbons that have been carefully selected from our stocks housed in Red Hook by our very own Lisa Wicker. The whiskey was finished in unique Adirondack Oak casks cooperating with 42-month air-seasoned wood (50% longer than the standard 1-2 years). The extended outdoor maturation of the staves softens tannins and greenness in the wood, yielding a one-of-a-kind flavor profile influenced by each season. The result is an intense whiskey with hints of cream, smoke, and spice.
