The Dalmore 21 is a highly limited Highland single malt scotch whisky. Only 1,200 bottles were supplied to the UK from an initial release of 8,000 bottles. Presented in a gorgeous, limited-edition display box, this single malt was first aged for ten years in American oak barrels, then finished in thirty-year-old, first-fill Gonzalez Byass Matusalen Oloroso sherry casks.

Its extra years of aging in fragrant sherry oak give it a higher strength of 43.8%. The sherry oak also imbues it with a sumptuously subtle complexity of flavor and aroma.
On the nose, you will savor the sweet citrus of Sanguinello blood oranges from Seville, which evolve into rich notes of bitter dark chocolate, roasted Colombian coffee, and the warm scent of Madagascar vanilla pods.
On the palate, you’ll find sweet licorice, black forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and hints of Christmas cake marzipan.
The lingering finish provides layers of peach, ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood orange.
This perfect spirit is composed in a symphony of idiosyncratic copper stills and finished by hand in exquisite 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks, exclusive to The Dalmore.
