Angel’s Envy Ice Cider Cask Finished Rye, Angel’s Envy made this first-of-its-kind release by completing a seven-year-old, 95% rye whiskey in ice cider casks from Vermont-based Eden Specialty Ciders for 364 days.
It’s the fourth release in the distillery’s Cellar Collection, a limited-edition series honoring the late Lincoln Henderson’s pioneering and adventurous spirit. Proof: 107 (53.5% ABV) in a 750mL bottle.
