The Macallan Edition Series No.1 Scotch Whisky 750ml

Macallan Edition 1 is bottled at 48% ABV. made from a mix of sherry and bourbon oak-matured whisky. The Macallan Edition No. 1, the luxurious dram, is equal parts sweet and spicy, with hints of coffee beans, cocoa, and dried fruit. Nectarean in every regard.

The individuality of each cask style resides within the whisky itself, having been sherry-seasoned and aged to perfection before being mixed to create this rich and complex whisky.

A unique selection of oak cask styles is combined to yield a new limited edition expression each year. In this first release, a taste journey begins with soft oak notes and evolves to deeper, richer flavors.

Macallan Edition No.1 Tasting Note

Colour: Natural Honey

Nose: Orange, apple, and dried fruit notes with a vibrant and rich aroma. Vanilla, toffee, and chocolate underlie oak overtones.

Palate: Warming wood spices open, followed by nutmeg, cinnamon, hints of dried ginger and toffee. Fruit appears later—fresh and balanced with fresh oak.

Finish: “Soft and lingering.
