Dalmore 15 Year Scotch Whiskey
This delicate and receptive vintage is initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-whiskey barrels. The character of The Dalmore 15 is achieved by dividing the whisky between three diverse sherry woods—Amoroso, Apostoles, and Matusalem oloroso—for a further three years. The spirit is finally joined in an upright sherry butt, allowing the flavors to infuse.

If you tried the 12 year old then you should know what to expect from this one. Less sherry and more smoke, the age really adds a nice depth of flavour and it’s still smooth as ever
