Dalmore 15 Year Scotch Whiskey
This delicate and receptive vintage is initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-whiskey barrels. The Dalmore 15’s character is developed by aging the whisky in three different types of sherry casks—Amoroso, Apostoles, and Matusalem Oloroso—for an additional three years. Finally, the spirit is joined in an upright sherry butt to allow the flavors to infuse.
