Loch Lomond 12 Year Old
12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Loch Lomond, who are well known for being able to produce a wide variety of styles of whisky in their Highland distillery. This particular expression was drawn from a selection of three cask types – bourbon casks, refill casks and recharged casks.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose Creamy vanilla, with a touch of freshly baked apple turnover.
Palate Brown sugar and five-spice. Orchard fruit notes continue, with a hint of yellow plum too.
Finish Quite drying, though still sweet with vanilla.
