Diplomático Ambassador Rum is an exquisite rum crafted from the distillery’s finest reserves. After aging for a minimum of twelve years in white oak casks until optimal maturity is achieved, the rums are aged for an additional two years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This process contributes to the rum’s complex sensory profile.
This exceptional rum features aromas reminiscent of port wine, dried fruits, and cigar boxes. It is complex on the palate, with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and toasted oak leading to a long, pleasing aftertaste.
