Angels Envy Cask Strength 2021 Port Finished Bourbon Whiskey 750ml
The Angel’s Envy Cask Strength Port Finished Kentucky Straight Bourbon 2021 bottling is a limited edition non-age-statement bourbon of excellent quality, packaged in a commemorative carved wooden box commemorating a decade of indulgence.
The whiskey is prepared with a mash bill of 72% maize, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley and is aged for six years in fresh charred oak barrels before being finished in ruby port barrels made of French oak from Portugal.
Only 14,760 bottles of this rich and decadent whiskey were made and delivered to stores in the United States on a limited basis. This bourbon has a cask strength of 120.4 proof and scents of peach cobbler and cherries drenched in brandy, as well as a palate of creamy vanilla, marzipan, toasted almonds, and honey.
Tasting Notes
Angels Envy Cask Strength 2021 Port Finished is rich and complex, with distinctive aromas of toasted oak mingled with sweet hints of vanilla. On the palate, you’ll notice slight notes of nuttiness with a leathery finish.

Rich and silky, with aromas of port wine, caramel, and dark fruit, followed by a toasted oak and spice aftertaste.
Finish
Long and smooth, with a slight sweetness and a peppery kick.

A beautiful Bourbon which I first tasted over in Kentucky USA. Smooth and quite light I find, full in the mouth, spicy in throat but not as aggressive going down the throat as many other bourbons, definitely vanilla on the tongue and some sweetness creeping in. Wonderful
