American Barrels Produced in Charleston, South Carolina, this eye-catching bottle of bourbon “embodies two things Americans hold dear: whiskey barrels and gun barrels.” The top half of the bottle is glass and has a rattlesnake wrapped around it, evocative of the Gadsden flag that was designed by General Gadsden during the American Revolution.
Tasting Note
Sweet notes on the nose with a nutty, spicy character. Baking spices fuse with cocoa nibs and a hint of ripe mango. The palate has flavors of melon, toffee, and a hint sweetness followed by bitterness.
